After years of diets I literally feel sick all the time?
I’m a woman. I’ve done atkins, zone diets even vegetarian eating for a while. Now I’m not fat but I don’t look thin either. My body seems that it doesn’t changes at all. It changes really slow. I’m tired all the time. I have stomach aches, gas problem, headaches, I feel cold easily. I also feel like I need to sleep many hours. I have runny nose and sore throat everyday. My skin one day is oily the other extra-dry.Lately I try to eat balanced and take vitamines (and stopped coffee) but I have a really bad ache to my bones (neck, back and knees) I’m trying also to walk a few miles every week but still it’s like I’m always sick. What should I do?

eat regularly
You are killing yourself with all the diet crap you are eating. You need red meat, trans fats, and junk food; you’ll feel better in a week
it is important to eat a selection of diffrent things and it is healty to have things like salt as well as veggies and fruit
Stop dieting. Eat healthy foods, but don’t diet. It’s well known that swing dieting-dieting all the time, go to and from different diets, can be more destructive to your body than obesity. You need to eat good food, and not in mini-proportions, taking care of your body and dieting are two different things.
You sound like you’re worried about your weight, you shouldn’t so much really. Most guys don’t want rail thin women, a few extra pounds, even a little bit of belly, is never anything that bugs us or turns us off.
have you tried holistic medication? i was much like you. i started working as a personal assistant for a holistic nutritionist. she tests your blood and has meetings with you to help you. i thought it was a hoax at first, but she gave me treatment and i feel like a million dollars now. you should check out her website and call her. it’s http://www.wellnesswithrose.com. Tell her that Vicki (she will know who i am) reffered you to her. she is really nice and not judgemental at all. i have seen all types of people come through and change for the best!
Keep off the diets.
Eat a LOT of healthy food, of a wide variety; don’t eat much junk.
Drop the vitamines.
Get at least 8 hours of sleep every night.
Keep up the walking.
You spent a LOT of time abusing your body, depriving it of its needs. It may take a while to feel OK.
You should also see a doc, to see if there’s something wrong that needs to be addressed.
I know the feeling. You really feel so weak right? Anyway you just have to take it slow. Don’t diet anymore. You’re body feels immune to all the diets now that it got used to the diet it feels like it’s regular. Drink lots of water and eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Get your strength back slowly. Its going to take time but if you work on it, it will come back so don’t eat or drink any more junk. Stick to healthy foods and only drink WATER or some healthy fruit juices.
It may be hard since you still feel weak. So you just exercise slowly. Just walk around the house a little don’t stay sitting down, get a lot of sun sometimes it helps. Don’t just stay in the room it wont help. If it still wont work after a few weeks and you still really feel week I suggest going to see a doctor to help you.
Good luck. I hope that you get well soon, Your body needs all the nutrients it can get.
