What goes on at a Weight Watchers meeting?

I’m considering going to Weight Watchers because I have never heard a bad thing about it. Also, I just moved into my first place, so I figured they could lead me in the right direction on my first few trips to the grocery store.

Is it worth going every week? Or could I save money and still benefit from the program by going every other week instead?

I tried everything to lose weight, and nothing worked until I tried acai berry. I realize they say that pills won’t work, but they sure worked for me, and they’ve been featured on CBS News too. There’s a free trial happening right now at http://wunast.mydollardiet.info , try it out, how worse could it make things?

The meetings generally consist of tips, advice, recipes and motivation. There are also awards given out to members that have reached certain milestones.

I am not aware of any programs that they have that would allow you to go every other week. Once you sign up you are expected to weigh in every week and if you miss a week it still counts against the weeks that you purchased. You would not save any money by skipping weeks. Good luck with your goals!
