Weight watchers question for anyone that knows about boiled eggs?
I have the weight watchers guides, and the book which is supposed to have everything and anything in it and what points it is however when I look up eggs, there is nothing for boiled eggs, just fried and eww raw and just the eggwhite not including the yoke. Does anyone know how many points a boiled egg is?

Honey, you can boil the heck out of an egg, or poach it for that matter, and it’s not going to change the points of it! Just use the points for a raw egg.
Apparently there are different POINTS values for eggs, these are the POINTS listed in my plan manager:
Hard Boiled Egg, 2tbsp= 1 POINT
Egg, 1item=2POINTS
Egg white, 1 item = 0 POINTS
Egg yolk, 1 item= 2 POINTS
Eggs, scramble 1/2c.= 5 POINTS
Duck Egg, 1 item= 3 POINTS
Turkey Egg, 1 item= 3 POINTS
Goose Egg, 1 item= 7 POINTS
