How does weight watchers work? Is it a food delivery service like weight watchers?

Your question is confusing. Weight watchers works by a point system. Every food has a point value, you find this out by the calories, dietary fiber, and total fat. If you google weight watchers point calculator, you should find one that will do it for you. Also depending on your weight, age height ect, you are allowed a certain amont of points daily. For example I have 28 points. I think weight watchers is great and have so far lost 15 pounds on it. And their is no food delivery service, you buy your own food. I eat alot of smart ones, there very tasty and have the points right on the box. So whatever you were trying was not weight watchers home delivered food. Try going to a meeting, they are awesome, and you can lose some serious weight!!
