How do I know my points target on weight watchers – I attended the meeting?
I need to know what my points are or what my limit is – I weigh 245lbs and want to loose weight and I have all of the weight watchers books but did not sign up for the program so someone knowledgeable of the point system explain it to me please?


1 point= roughly 50 calories
the calories that you consume should determine what your goal weight is. If you want to be of a hea;thy weight, you should consume like 1500 a day, or 30 points a day

Also, I like to stress that weight watchers is not really a diet it is a lifestyle change. I been on the program a while now f you follow the progra to a tee you will lose, however everyone has skip ups and that is why I gain some weeks and loose some weeks. But over all it is a lifestyle change.
