There are so many little things you can do. For instance, I would often go to Sonic and get a breaded chicken sandwich meal with a soda for the drink. But now by getting the grilled chicken sandwich meal with a flavored (not sweetened) tea, I save over 700 calories. Seven hundred!

Another easy way not to eat junk food is not to buy at places like Mc-Donalds. Read some independent Information about Companys like Mc-D, and you’ll soon figure out why “i’m loving it”… not!

An easy way to not eat junk food:
When you’re tempted to eat something you know you shouldn’t, take a second and think to yourself, “Will I regret eating this tomorrow?” If you say “Yes”, then don’t eat it. When tomorrow comes, think back and say, “Wow, I’m glad I didn’t eat that extra 300 calorie dessert.” It’s not that hard, and you feel great the next day.
