Do I need to adjust my weight watchers points as I loose the weight?
I’m new to weight watchers and would like to know if I need to adjust my points as I loose weight or will the points remain the same as what I have when I began the program? If someone can tell me the ACCURATE and CORRECT way of calculating points that you need to have that will be great as well! I’m hearing different versions and arriving at sifferent answers when I surf the web.
