Is it possible to gain weight on 1500 calories a day?
I don’t exercise at all. Will 1500 calories a day cause me to slowly put on weight? I’m 16, 5’10 and weigh 145 pounds.

What happens if you eat less than 1,200 calories a day and workout?
Do you lose fat or muscle or both? What happens if you lose muscle, does it come back? Do you gain the weight back really fast if you lose any? I know that is alot of questions and I was just wondering because lately that’s what I’ve been doing? NOt purposely, but I had been taking meds for the last week for twice a day and it said that one of the side effects was lost of appetite. So I wasn’t really eating too much while I was taking it, and I did try to eat more, but that only made me feel sick. But now I am done taking the medicine and I still can’t eat that much anymore and I am getting in less than 1,200 calories in, even though I try to eat more so my body doesn’t think it’s starving, and I am drinking 8 or more glasses of water a day.I am also exercising.And I eat small meals every 2-3 hours or whenever I get hungry.
Can someone please tell me what can happen and what are the health risk and some ways I can fix this.I tried eating bigger meals also, but it doesn’t work. Advice?

How much will i lose if i consume 200 calories a day?
I have 1 month before school and people say im not fat but well im chubby lol. When i go back I want to be stunning. So if i consume 200 calories a day how much can i lose in 1 month?

How many pounds do you think I’ll drop in 2 weeks of soccer camp eating 1400 calories a day?
My soccer camp goes from 9am-2pm. Out of this time, we are moving for 4 hours. 1 hour is for lunch and we sit down for that.
We run a lot around the track, we run a mile a day, do sprints and jogs and of course, soccer drills.
i eat relatively 1400 calories a day. Sometimes less depends if I’m hungry of not.
I’m currently 135 pounds at 5’9 so I was wondering how much I will loose just outta this camp for soccer for 2 weeks?

How many calories per day should I be getting in order to get my weighr down (and maintain) 150 pounds?
I am a 33 year old male, 5′ 10″ and I currently weight 157. I ususally have been getting about 600 – 1200 calories a day by eating mostly fruits and vegetables. I am a vegetarian and do not eat meat, but I will eat dairy. I do not consume sugar (where I can avoid it of course). Ultimately I would like to get to 150 (maybe 145, but even I think that’s a little low, but I would like a little “wiggle” room).
I have been doing pretty good, the lowest I got down to was 152, but I can’t seem to maintain it. It seems that I have been holding on to and gaining about a pound a day and I have not been cheating.
I get tons of exercise. I have water aerobics twice a week, when I am not doing that I usually jog when I can, or I walk. When I walk though, I average about 10 miles per day.
Given this information,
How many calories should I be eating a day?
What about the amounts of lean protein, fat, salt, sugar and fibre?
