When I did Atkins, I walked for exercise. On the days that I didn’t walk, I lost a pound. On the days that I walked, I lost as much as three pounds. You’ll still lose, just not quite as fast.

if you have no time for excersise then try to just take long walks or jogs on the days you might cheat on the diet. Remember you’ll need to introduce some carbs to your system a couple weeks in the diet so you’ll might wanna excersice on those days.
