Is it wise to start Weight Watchers right after doing the Atkins diet?
I was on the Atkins diet for 3 weeks and lost 10lbs. I used Atkins as a jumpstart, but now I would like to start Weight Watchers because to me it is a more realistic way of life. Do you feel that I can start Weight Watchers directly after the Atkins diet and still lose weight?

yes because its a calorie control diet which means you have a balanced healthy diet itl prevent you going off the wagon and gaining the weight you lost and a team leader can advise you in the group meetings
You are better off doing the weight watchers than Atkins. Atkins diet is really not healthy. Weight watchers is a healthy way of eating
Atkins is healthy. If you have done Atkins for three weeks, have you thought about moving up the carb ladder You should be moving from Induction to OWL. The longer you are on the diet the more realistic it becomes.

It would be a good idea to start Weight Watchers after the Atkins diet. Weight Watchers is a more balanced diet and seems to be a healthier choice. If you want to compare the facts you can check out http://www.fiberdiet.info, they let you compare them side by side and choose what is the best route to go. Good luck with the diet plan! I prefer Weight Watchers myself.
