Iam trying atkins diet, and my urine is turning a very deep yellow. What could cause this?
I have started the atkins diet, after two weeks, I’m finding my urine to be a deep yellow. It does not hurt to urinate, but the smell is strong sometimes. Could this be a serious matter?
