None…the only weight I lose is from the sh!t I take everyday…
i think it’s better for guys than for girls. my husband and i both did it and he lost 30 pounds and i lost 5 pounds. i’m still proud of my 5 pounds, but it hasnt’ budged since.
yeah… i got really sick on the atkins diet and most people put the weight back on and more after the diet (no carbs is bad for you) and it does work better for guys me and my gf did it and i lost 25 she lost like 7 but i got sick from it and we both put the weight back on (dont tell her but she put more on)
I lost 10 punds on the diet before I freaked out and just went on the Nutrisystem diet. Then I lost 30 really fast.
Either way diets are hard to stick to but I found the nutrisystem one easier since theres no guess work just eat what your sent, and its not much more expensive then making your own food plus a couple of lunchs out.
I work construction so the way its packaged like a MRE was extremely convinent since I could load my trunk for the week, and all I need is a microwave to warm it up. Then Bon Appitite.
You’ll shed a lot of pounds on this diet, and regardless of the tapering off hype concerning this diet it is still an awesome and healthy way to lose weight. Actually, on the news recently I saw a segment that proved the Atkins to be a healthy and fast way to lose weight compared to most other diet fads. I think that you’ll do great if you work out as well, but be careful with this diet and do you home work to know the ins and outs of it.
don’t go for Atkins bse it is 0 carb diet it is not good for health. take more fibre, protein food in the morning then carb diet in the noon then fibre, protein during night meanwhile do treadmill for 45 mins everyday with little aerobics and yoga with dumbbells. see the difference.
Really you don’t need a diet, exercising alone will help you loose weight. You know what you should and shouldn’t be eating so just use that common sense. A lot of these trendy diets end bad by either making you sick or gain more weight. Good luck.
