The Atkins diet is dangerous if not done the correct way. Buy the book and dont try to take shortcuts or you will just end up in the hospital.
The idea behind Atkins diet is that if you don’t eat carbs, you must burn fat and that is how you lose weight. You have to have a book and go step by step. Also, consult your doctor about it.
I would recomend to read this and give it a thought.
