At 5’4, and 158lbs how much weight will I lose during the 2 week induction phase of the Atkins diet?
I will be working out about 2 hours a day and restricting my carbs to less than 20grams a day – please answer if you’ve tried the diet or know someone who has.
Please no responses about how it’s not a good diet, I already read the pro’s and con’s on the diet and am fully aware.


If you do it right you should be able to get to at least 150. The key is to get yourself into ketosis. You can get test strips at any drugstore that measure how far into ketosis you are. Also, make sure you cut out artificial sweeteners and alcohol
