Hello. I used this product because I have just been feeling bloated and lethargic. I just couldn't get motivated to exercise and I felt like I was "blah" all the time. Someone recommended I try a colon cleanser. I looked at several and decided that I didn't want to use the kind where I had to be near a bathroom all the time or be fearful of what might happen if I have a little gas. So, I decided to try this Vital Cleanse.
I am very pleased with the results. It truly was a gentle cleanser. I didn't have any accidents. My bowel movements were more frequent, but I always had a good thirty minute warning. A couple times I even held it longer. I have WAY MORE energy and I have definitely lost some weight. I don't know how much but my pants fit looser. I also just feel better.
I am going to take it one more month at full dosage and then I'm going to use it less frequently to keep my system clean.
For the person who isn't interested in the intense cleansers, I highly recommend Vital Cleanse. It worked great for me. |

However, I had hit a plateau that I could not seem to bust through. I started taking Vital Cleanse and the Acai Berry Extreme on 01/04/10 and it immediately cut my appetite and increased my energy level allowing me to make better choices about diet and exercise. In just under 7 weeks, I am down another 45 lbs and am absolutely in love with ital Cleanse and Acai Berry Extreme. |

| I've been using this product for almost 3 weeks and have seen good results! I felt full and had trouble using the restroom a lot. After using the Vital Cleanse I have to say that I don't have these problems anymore. It's very gentle. Is not a I gotta go right now find me a bathroom now type of cleanser haha which is great. I feel lighter and much better. I've recommended this product and the Acai Berry maximum strength to a few of my friends and they too are seeing amazing results. It does what it says it will do! |

| I have taken other colon cleansers and could really tell my entire insides were being cleansed. This pill only assists with your bowel movement. I cannot tell it is assisting in cleansing my colon. |

| I realize every system is different, however this product is very poor in doing what it states it will do. Important information for the consumer is that this has 70 calories in it and for me it was a very poor choice. The store it self is very quick in their shippment of of the product, Kudo's to them. |
